Indeed, the underline support (or lack thereof) is a bugbear of mine too. Some dialects support it with underscores, but it's certainly not something you'll find in traditional flavours.

I've not tried Obsidian, but I have heard it's a very good alternative to something like Notion, so I am interested in trying it.
